Purchase Order Justification

TrackerOffice purchase order forms provide a "Justification" tab, for users to provide details on why the purchase order is required and what the benefits are, as well as a space to outline the possible costs of disapproving the PO. There is also an area for special instructions to the vendor in fulfilling the purchase order.
