Purchase Order Approval in Outlook
TrackerSuite.Net is a 100% Web based solution that can be surfaced in Microsoft Outlook. It includes a purchase management system that secures procurement by automatically routing purchase requests through the approval process, as well as recording their progress in an activity log. It leverages Outlook in the approval process, emailing a copy of the purchase request to the designated approver with links that allow them to approve or disapprove the request right in the email.
TrackerSuite.Net does not require Microsoft Exchange. It may hosted in your organization's private Cloud, or delivered as a service from Automation Centre.

Purchase Tracker includes a "Justification" tab in its purchase order forms, where the requestor can describe the need behind the request. The Justification tab is for users to provide details on why the purchase order is required and what the benefits are, as well as a space to outline the possible costs of disapproving the PO. There is also an area for special instructions to the vendor in fulfilling the purchase order.
